Cary was born on a Philadelphia, PA naval base during the height of the VietNam War. He and his younger brother Jeremy grew up in Urbandale, Iowa. Cary’s parents are Iowa natives who still reside in the suburbs of Des Moines. Cary attended West Des Moines Valley High School where he was very active on their award winning debate team. Leading his team to victories in several national tournaments, Cary helped make West Des Moines Valley one of the nation’s top high school debate teams. Cary was awarded a full ride scholarship for his incisive debate skills to the University of Southern California and then the University of Iowa where he earned his B.A. in History. Cary served as the debate team president for the A. Craig Baird Debate Forum at the University of Iowa as well as the Scholarship Chair and President of Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity.
After graduating from the University of Iowa, Cary started his career at Piper Jaffray, Inc. in 1990. At 29, he was an Associate Branch Manager for Principal Securities in Chicago. In 2002, Cary left the corporate brokerage environment and started a boutique firm in Chicago affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network®. In 2006, Cary fulfilled his lifelong dream of living in a warmer climate and near the water when he moved his family and his business to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In 2011, Cary relocated the offices of Cary Stamp & Company to the Tequesta area. Cary is a frequent speaker on financial planning topics, has written many financial articles and has been quoted in print and on broadcast media. Cary and his lovely wife Sharon have one daughter, Sarah. Cary coached his daughter’s soccer team for several years and enjoys attending her gymnastic competitions. Sarah attends The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens and loves to travel, going to summer camp, jet skiing, driving the golf cart for her Dad, and texting. Sharon is an organizational expert who keeps the house and office in top shape.
Cary has a passionate belief in giving back to his community. Recently, Cary and Sharon started volunteering at the Edna Runner Tutorial Center and After Care Facility for low income families in Jupiter, Florida. In addition to his volunteering at the Center for the past five years, he serves on the board the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation, is an Ambassador for the Honda Classic Golf Tournament, was previously a board member for the American Cancer Society, a graduate of the 2011 class of Leadership Palm Beach County and is a member of the 100 Friends of the First Tee of the Palm Beaches. A member of a Tequesta area golf club, Cary loves to golf. He has a single digit handicap and it is his dream to someday play golf on every continent.
Patrick Thompson is a rare Florida native, who was born in West Palm Beach in 1970 and lived in Palm Beach County until he was five years old. His father, an architect, and his mother, a stay-at-home parent, moved from the area to pursue opportunities for their family in Texas.
When he was 18, Patrick returned to sunny South Florida and began his career in banking with a customer service representative/teller position with Flagler National Bank in Jupiter. It was then that Patrick developed a true appreciation for the industry and the positive impact good advice and caring recommendations could make on a person’s future. He gained a reputation for providing sincere customer service and being a strong team member. Shortly thereafter, he began attending Palm Beach State College and earned his A.S. in Business Administration and Management in 1995. He furthered his professional education by earning certifications through the American Bankers Association. Patrick’s esteemed banking career included a customer service position with SunTrust South Florida in Jupiter and long-held managerial positions with First Citizen Bank of Raleigh, NC and Sun American Bank of Boca Raton.
Prior to joining the leadership team of Cary Stamp & Company in 2015, he served as Vice President and Financial Sales Manager of the Tequesta Banking Center of First Citizens Bank for more than 10 years. During his time with First Citizens, Patrick was ranked second out of more than 90 Financial Sales Managers for his performance and results. He viewed his switch from banking to wealth management as an exciting opportunity to continue to help clients in a different manner effectively plan for their life goals and meet their financial needs. “Providing quality service and taking care of people are what have kept me in the banking industry for more than two decades. I love being able to provide clients with direction and to give them options for making the best decisions,” he said.
Active in the community, Thompson volunteers regularly for the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association, the Kiwanis Club of Jupiter Tequesta and First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach. For more than 20 years, Thompson has helped to fight hunger by working with Village Baptist Church’s Feed the Hungry program and the Palm Beach Food Bank. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Abacoa with their daughters, Kayla, 13, and Kara, 10.
Lori Colclasure, CFP®, CPA, RICP® CDFA™

Lori attended American University in Washington, D.C. and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. After moving to Florida, she enrolled in Florida Atlantic University and earned a Masters’ degree in accounting. Most recently, she earned her Certificate in Financial Planning from UCLA.
For the past 25 years, Lori has been providing accounting and financial planning services to a broad range of clients. In addition to being a Florida licensed CPA, CFP® and a CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST™, Lori holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Prior to joining Cary Stamp & Co, Lori went through intensive coaching from The Sudden Money Institute (SMI), located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This training provided her with a depth of knowledge about how to assist clients going through some of life’s major transitions. One of Lori’s great passions is working with people in transition and helping them make a difference in their lives. Her clients appreciate that she acts as a coach, an advocate and a confidant.
When Lori is not working or studying to sharpen her skills she keeps busy with her family and finds time for her favorite hobbies; tennis and Yoga. Lori has lived in South Florida for the past 32 years, 25 of them in Palm Beach Gardens.
Dan was raised very near a polo farm in Hamden, CT and attended New Haven University. After school he began working part time as a farrier, shoeing horses at stables in the area. Dan’s parents retired to Florida in 2001 and during one of his visits to see them Dan met a farrier in Okeechobee. He relocated his business to Florida and began to work full time at private and commercial stables in the area. Along the way Dan met a talented blacksmith artist and was so interested in the craft that he began apprenticing.
Prior to arriving at Cary Stamp, he was the owner and operator of an artistic metal design company in Palm Beach Gardens, designing and building furniture, gates, and other ornamental metal pieces for luxury homes and businesses. As a business owner, Dan has always had a strong interest in finance. He understands the dynamic of spending all of your time on your business and not having time to focus on your finances. While in the artistic metal business he found himself become more and more passionate about financial markets. Based on this passion, the strong business ethics he had developed, and his desire to help others, Dan decided to make the life altering decision to transition full time into the financial sector and become a trusted advisor to others.
As a Financial Advisor at Cary Stamp & Company, Dan Roth partners with Cary to develop and implement innovative financial strategies for his clients. Dan currently holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 Securities Registrations held through Commonwealth Financial Network, as well as his Florida Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Annuities License. Dan is also enrolled in the ChFC® – Chartered Financial Consultant certification program. Dan’s practice naturally focuses on small business owners, contractors, and retirees. It gives him great satisfaction to help people find a way to send their children to college, invest in the growth of their business, or fund their retirement through estate planning, tax planning and business planning. As a farrier Dan spent time getting to know a horse before beginning to work on him. He does the same thing with his clients, getting to know their needs and goals before developing a customized financial plan specifically for them. His greatest joy is the feeling that a client has trust in him to deliver their financial future.
Dan currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his beloved dog Jazz. He is an active member of the local community attending many Palm Beach County charitable and community events. During his free-time you will find Dan enjoying two of his favorite sports; golf and racquetball. He continues to indulge his strong creative side and passion for music as an accomplished, self-taught guitarist, pianist and drummer.
Rob Taylor has been a Palm Beach County resident for over 28 years. A graduate of Jupiter High School, Rob went on to attend the University of Florida and graduated with degrees in accounting and finance, returning to serve the community he grew up in.
For over a decade, Rob has worked in the wealth management and employee benefits business working with both companies and individuals. He is highly knowledgeable in creating comprehensive plans that not only include investment management, but, provide a comprehensive roadmap that incorporates risk management, succession planning and education for beneficiaries and heirs.
When developing and implementing a client’s plan, he takes the time to understand his client’s values, experiences and influential life events. Rob believes understanding the big picture is key, as well as, being able to translate how specific life events and changes can impact each individual client, and is able to educate the client accordingly. In times of uncertain economic and geopolitical conditions, Rob understands the importance of professional advice and strives to offer precisely that guidance when helping his clients reach their financial goals and objectives.
Rob resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife, Andrea, his daughter, Samantha, and his son, Benjamin taking advantage of South Florida living. When he is not keeping up on market trends and guiding clients you can find him with friends and family on our beautiful beaches or golf courses.
Anthony was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He attended the University of Miami and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in economics. He also minored in business administration and entrepreneurship. He has always had a strong interest in the financial markets as well as global economies. Anthony joined Cary Stamp & Co. in June 2015 and prior to that spent much of his post college career working as a fund analyst with a primary focus on hedge fund research. He still likes to spend his free time researching and analyzing markets and investments, but prefers his career focused on helping individuals and families build, maintain, and preserve their wealth.
In his time away from the office he likes to be on the beach, or in an ice hockey rink. He has played ice hockey since he was 7 years old and was an original member of the University of Miami’s club team. He is also an avid sports fan and is a huge fan of all Philadelphia sports teams as well as the Washington Capitals and anything related to the University of Miami. Family is also very important to Anthony as well as their pets including his bulldog OV; named after Alexander Ovechkin. Anthony aspires to be one of the best in the wealth management industry. He will always allocate the time and put in the necessary work to make sure clients’ needs are met quickly and efficiently.
A South Florida resident for more than 30 years, Liz Bradley joined Cary Stamp & Co. in February 2017 as Cary’s Administrative Assistant. In this role, her primary responsibilities are scheduling client meetings and keeping track of Cary’s busy calendar. Liz brings many years of executive assistant experience to the table. When Liz first came to Florida, she worked her way up the administrative hierarchy at IBM in Boca Raton. She especially enjoyed her tenure in the communications department traveling with the team across the country to work at various recognition events. After only four years in the administrative department, Liz became an Administrative Services Manager to a group of 20 administrative assistants.
While working at IBM, Liz attended Florida Atlantic University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration with honors. After leaving IBM, Liz worked as a legal assistant for Lawrence B. Juran, P.A. At that time, Liz went back to Florida Atlantic University and received her paralegal certificate.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Liz has lived in South Florida more than 30 years. Her family returned to Ireland when she was a child, so Liz has fond memories of spending time with her grandparents. Liz met her husband, John, on a blind date. They both like to travel and have especially enjoyed cruises to Alaska, the Panama Canal, and the Caribbean. Liz and John are looking forward to an upcoming trip to Ireland where Liz will visit relatives she hasn’t seen in many years.
Liz enjoys giving back to her community, working with senior citizens and assisting the elderly members of her church. In honor of her Mom, Liz participates in the annual Alzheimer’s Walk. When Liz isn’t working, she enjoys reading, buying antiques at auctions and spending relaxing weekends at their home in Port Charlotte on the west coast of Florida. In the near future, Liz hopes to add to their family with some furry friends!
Jacque spends most of her time at home in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She was a two-time All American Dancer in the State of Wisconsin, student council class treasurer and editor of the school literacy magazine, Infinity. She was a member of Spanish Club, FLBA, VICA, Yearbook Staff, SADD, The Pom Pon Squad, French Club and a tutor for elementary students in reading and math.
After school she became a print model for magazines and spokeswoman for Vedalo sunglasses. Her voice has been used in a number of cartoon series and she has been featured in several nationwide Statefarm commercials alongside Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rogers. Jacque is a rabid Packers fan but is open-minded enough to be nice to Bears fans.
After the birth of her third child, Jacquelyn received her licenses in life, health and annuities. She specializes in insurance processing, design and procedures. In her prior experience, she has assisted representatives in the United States and abroad. Jacquelyn can speak English, Spanish and French.
Jacque joined the team at Cary Stamp & Company as a Risk Management Analyst in 2015. Her role is to insure that the firm’s clients have an exceptional experience with the life insurance process.
Jacque is an active volunteer at the NEW Zoo, American Red Cross and Howard Suamico School District. She has four children; Madisyn, Cooper, Jagr and Raigen. She hopes to add more children to the family in the future. She resides with her significant other, Patrick, who has five of his own businesses in the Green Bay area. They currently have no pets but are looking into getting a puppy for their children for Christmas. Jacque wants a small furry one and Patrick wants a German Shephard. They compromised and are getting a small furry puppy.
Sharon Stamp, rejoined Cary Stamp & Company after spending time raising her daughter Sarah and pursuing volunteer interests. She will be serving in a support role for the firm founded by her husband, Cary Stamp, CFP®, CDFA™, AIF®. Sharon previously worked with Cary in 2002-2003, helping to establish their predecessor firm, Lincoln Park Financial Group in Chicago.
Sharon grew up near Allentown, Pa., and attended Penn State University, where she studied Marketing & Communications. She was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. After starting her career in financial services in 1991, she earned her FINRA Series 7 securities license and state securities license in Illinois. She became a Registered Representative and went on to work for firms in the financial advisory industry throughout the 1990s, including Guilford Securities, Prudential Securities and Wachovia Securities.
With in-depth knowledge of how the firm works as well as a decade of solid financial experience, Sharon currently is providing administrative support at Cary Stamp & Co., such as scheduling client phone calls/meetings, as well as event planning and assisting with firm PR and marketing.
An active and involved parent, Sharon frequently volunteered as a room mom at her daughter’s school, organizing parties and events, and as team mom for various sports. She also served on the parent’s association at her daughter’s school as secretary and community events planner. She participated in various charitable organizations.
Sharon served on the gala committees for the North Palm Beach chapter of the American Cancer Society and the Health Mothers/Healthy Babies organizations. She also served on the planning committee for Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s annual “Turtlefest” event and volunteered during the event for several years. In addition, Sharon and her husband Cary sponsor the annual Halloween party at the Edna Runner Tutorial Center in Jupiter. An animal lover, Sharon has two Maine Coon cats, Gabby and Gracie, and finds her bliss by taking long beach walks on Sunday mornings with her dog, a Maltese named Cookie.
